Hmmm… i am really thinking of teaching this song this week. And i’ve not told Jo Lynn yet (my co-leader) .. Hmmmm… mebbe we’ll just surprise the Worship Team at practise later!!

I relate this song to the prophet Elijah from 1 Kings 18.
In this chapter, God told Elijah to present himself to King Ahab and to tell the king that despite the famine that they are facing, GOD will send RAIN on the land.
Its definitely a miracle, its definitely God pouring out His abundance over us!
What reminded me of this song was this when both Kim Meng and Cindy commented on the change of the Malaysia’s weather. It was a drastic change! Just over a week ago, we had terrible haze all over the klang valley, and it was dark, hazy, smelly and foul. Totally disliked it!
But over the weekend, we saw the change in weather, from hazy to clear blue skies and all of this just reminded me of God’s favor and blessings. Reminded me of how God has send RAIN to wash away all the bad; reminded on how God is just gonna pour out His blessings on a bright new day; reminded me that each day His mercies are new for us!
Then it just reminded me of this great song “Abundance of Rain” . . . . . . . .

Today … this song has been stirring in my spirit over and over again. The song is beautiful, in your quiet moments, just reaching out to the Lord and letting His grace and favor cover over you.
The song is written by Brooke Fraser and I’ve just been so blest with this song.

Hahaha this is so so so so coool!
You gotta watch Lakewood’s last Sunday’s Worship when they did the song “We Have Overcome”. Its a beautiful song …. i digress here … but the way the Lakewood team sings the song… its so effortless, how come the key is always so much higher in Malaysia .. and so much harder to reach esp when we do the bridge? hehe
Anyway … watch out for the Michael Jackson twist on minute 2:26 on the video! They are so fun & creative

The presence of God was so evident in the house of God, we were all so blest on last Friday night as we Worshipped Him in Spirit & in Truth.
Worship Seminar with Bob Fitts
The Night of Worship with Bob Fitts was simply amazing! We had such a fantastic time worshipping GOD, and adoring Him, and Bob just lead the church through an amazing breakthrough and encountering God in such a powerful manner!
And we’ll blog more about that soon! This post is on the day after …. on Saturday where we had the Worship Seminar with Bob Fitts. It was a blast! It was not a Worship Seminar for the Worship Leader or Worship Team, but rather a Worship Seminar for everyone in general, as he shared about 4 Keys areas in Worship!
It was practical, down-to-earth, and had great principals in applying it in our daily worship lives.
