Clobezam, epilepsy, anxiety and sleep?
I have been prescribed Clobezam by my neurologist to help me sleep. I am an epileptic and take Lamictal and Levitiracetem. Will the Clobezam make me less anxious during the day AND help me sleep at night?

Does this sound like it could be a form of epilepsy to you? Please read?
Okay, I am a 26 year old female, and I do have generalized anxiety, which i'm not on meds for. I have gotten CAT scans & MRI's in the past I get headaches and nothing was out of the ordinary although I know you can get epilepsy at anytime Okay, my boyfriend is away for work for a week, and that has been kind of stressful for me. So last night I was lying in bed watching tv and playing on the laptop. While watching tv I felt deja vu, like something they were doing seemed very familiar to me..like maybe i've dreamt of it before, or watched it before. Then it seemed like I had a small wave of memories of dreams or something, but couldn't remember when I had them, and it seemed the more I tried to remember or re call them..the more anxious and freaked out I got. So at this point I think it was my anxiety that went in full force because I jumped up on out bed and basically ran through the house to open the door and get air. Sometimes when I get anxiety I have depersonalization derealization and that's what I was kind of having. Almost like my house seemed unfamiliar to me although I knew where everything was. To calm myself down I was walking around and quietly saying out loud where I got things from so I can reassure myself I wasn't crazy and that I knew where I was. I mean, literally i'm walking around saying " I got that plant from Wal mart, I bought the curtains at Target.." etc. I read the symptoms for temporal lobe epilepsy, and although the deja vu and derealization part sounded familiar.. a lot of the symptoms I didn't have. I didn't smell weird things, taste weird things, hear noises, see things, things didn't seem smaller they just felt unfamiliar, I didn't convulse, or do the movements like buttoning my shirt or picking lint off my clothes uncontrollably. I just had a strange deja vu experience and then sort of freaked out after that. After the initial attack went away.. I was sick to my stomach a bit, had to go 2, had a horrible feeling like something was wrong, felt very shaky...and I know those are all classic anxiety symptoms.. but along with the deja vu, do you think that maybe it could be something worse? I woke up today and have a pretty bad headache.. but I'm also due for my period..so who knows. Please help, I'm pretty freaked out I do want to add that randomly throughout my life mostly after puberty I have woken up out of a sound sleep not really knowing where I was and freaking out although logically I know where I am because I will run to the bathroom or outside and I know where to go. It's very scary, and I always just kind of considered it to be waking up to a panick attack.. but now i'm wondering if it could be something else?

Epilepsy weight loss?
My girlfriend was diagnosed with epilepsy in May this year. She has been on tegretol carbamazepine since about July. Since then she has gone from a size 12 to below a size 8. Her family and I are getting worried that she will continue to lose weight and become unhealthily thin. She doesnt seem that overly worried though. Are there any specially designed high calorie drinks or anything that may help her to stay at a more healthy weight?
