We would like to share with all of you this new exercise that Nathanael is doing at HUKM.
It’s called the Kettler Side Stepper. It’s a compact but effective piece of equipment to help you increase your heart rate, at the same time strengthening your leg and thigh muscles. The training computer monitors time, step count and energy consumption. It has 2 shock absorbers for even stepping resistance and has a sturdy steel tube
It’s good for Nathanael as he learns to shift his weight from left to right and back. Nathanael accomplished up to 58 steps!! That’s a huge achievement for him….although he cried 60% of the time! Poor guy!
